By accessing or using Solana Unchained (including any associated website content, research tools, analytics, smart contract interfaces, or platform features), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all referenced policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

Platform Purpose

Solana Unchained offers analytical tools, research capabilities, and participation mechanisms for eligible users. Solana Unchained does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice of any kind. All information displayed on the platform is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset.

The platform is a decentralized, non-custodial interface. At no point does Solana Unchained take possession of, hold, or control user funds, wallets, or private keys. You retain full control of your assets at all times, and all interactions occur directly on-chain via smart contracts.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To access certain features of Solana Unchained, you may be required to create an account or connect a compatible third-party wallet (e.g., Phantom, Solflare). You represent and warrant that all information provided during account creation is accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials, private keys, and devices. Any interaction signed by your wallet is considered authorized by you. Solana Unchained cannot recover lost access or reverse blockchain transactions.

Access to specific features may be limited based on your jurisdiction, compliance status, or program requirements. Solana Unchained reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or modify access to any feature at any time to ensure legal and operational compliance.

You may not use the platform if you are a citizen or resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, embargoes, or prohibitions under applicable law, including but not limited to OFAC-sanctioned countries.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax, anti-money laundering (AML), and counter-terrorism financing (CFT) requirements.

Not engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities, including scams, money laundering, or deploying malicious tokens.

Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or exploit the platform's smart contracts or security mechanisms.

Not use VPNs or proxy services to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension of your access or reporting to relevant authorities.

Token Clarification

$UCHN is a utility token for accessing features on the Solana Unchained platform. It is not equity, ownership, or a promise of returns. $UCHN does not entitle you to any financial reward, profit, or guaranteed outcome.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Any rewards, yields, pricing performance, allocations, or other outcomes are entirely variable and not guaranteed. Participation in digital assets, private-market opportunities, or launchpad-style offerings involves significant risk, including the potential for total loss of funds. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, interface designs, and original materials on the Solana Unchained platform (excluding open-source components and blockchain elements) are the intellectual property of Solana Unchained or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Solana Unchained (including its affiliates, directors, contributors, and agents) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, tokens, data, or access.

This limitation applies regardless of whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such liability.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the functionality, security, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party wallets, networks, or protocols integrated with the platform.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Solana Unchained, its affiliates, developers, contributors, service providers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

Your use of or access to the platform

Your violation of these Terms & Conditions

Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

Any unauthorized transaction or activity conducted through your wallet or account

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction designated by Solana Unchained, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution: To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding.

Amendments & Modifications

Solana Unchained reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

Termination

Solana Unchained may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to all or any portion of the platform at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, or regulatory compliance requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Risk Disclosures, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) shall remain in full force and effect.

Force Majeure

Solana Unchained shall not be held liable for any delays, failures, or interruptions in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, cyberattacks, blockchain network disruptions, forks, regulatory changes, or failures of third-party infrastructure.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Solana Unchained regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
