By accessing or using Solana Unchained — including any website content, research tools, analytics, smart contract interfaces, or platform features — you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, stop using the platform immediately.

Platform Purpose

Solana Unchained provides analytical tools, research capabilities, and participation mechanisms for eligible users. We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. All information is for informational purposes only and is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset.

The platform is a decentralized, non-custodial interface. Solana Unchained never holds or controls your funds, wallets, or private keys. All interactions occur directly on-chain via smart contracts.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To access certain features you may need to create an account or connect a compatible wallet (e.g., Phantom, Solflare). By doing so, you confirm that:

• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials and private keys.
• Any transaction signed by your wallet is considered authorized by you.
• Solana Unchained cannot recover lost access or reverse blockchain transactions.

Access may be limited based on your jurisdiction or compliance status. You may not use the platform if you are a citizen, resident, or located in any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive OFAC sanctions or similar embargoes.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws, including AML and CFT requirements.
• Refrain from illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activity — including scams, money laundering, or deploying malicious tokens.
• Not interfere with, disrupt, or exploit the platform's smart contracts or security mechanisms.
• Not use VPNs or proxy services to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions.

Violations may result in suspension of access or reporting to relevant authorities.

Token Clarification

$UCHN is a utility token for accessing features on Solana Unchained. It is not equity, ownership, or a promise of returns. $UCHN does not entitle you to any financial reward, profit, or guaranteed outcome.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Any rewards, yields, pricing performance, or allocations are entirely variable and not guaranteed. Digital asset participation involves significant risk, including the potential for total loss of funds. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, interface designs, and original materials on Solana Unchained (excluding open-source components and blockchain elements) are the intellectual property of Solana Unchained or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• Solana Unchained and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of funds, tokens, data, or access.
• This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim, even if we were advised of the possibility of such liability.
• We make no warranties regarding third-party wallets, networks, or protocols integrated with the platform.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solana Unchained, its affiliates, developers, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs arising from:

• Your use of or access to the platform.
• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
• Any unauthorized transaction or activity conducted through your wallet or account.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction designated by Solana Unchained, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.

Amendments & Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

Solana Unchained may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without prior notice, for reasons including violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

Sections that by their nature survive termination — including Risk Disclosures, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law — remain in full force.

Force Majeure

Solana Unchained is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including acts of God, war, cyberattacks, blockchain disruptions, regulatory changes, or third-party infrastructure failures.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Solana Unchained regarding your use of the platform. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
